Elijah is the owner & founder of Peak Fitness. He is a former collegiate athlete who is well-rounded in all things fitness but loves specifically working with athletes and helping individuals build a nice butt. Coach Bowie has helped 100's of Men & Women increase strength, burn fat, and feel better.
With 18 years of experience in the world of ballet teaches you a lot about flexibility and Brynn is a specialist at helping our clients increase their range of mobility. She also loves working with children which is she does such a great job with young members.
